The Sustainable Agriculture Network (SAN) is on a mission to transform agriculture into a regenerative, resilient, and equitable system. As part of our efforts to communicate this vision, we’re seeking creative professionals to help us bring our Theory of Change (ToC) to life through impactful visuals and dynamic videos.
What We Need
We are looking for a talented graphic designer or agency to:
1️⃣ Create a Visual Representation of SAN’s Theory of Change
Develop a visually engaging graph that clearly illustrates the flow of change, highlighting our interventions, outputs, outcomes, and impacts.
2️⃣ Produce Four Short Videos (Approx. 1 Minute Each)
Focus on SAN’s four impact pathways:
Elevating SAN as a Global Impact Network
Advancing Climate Mitigation and Adaptation
Enhancing Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services
Empowering Farming Communities through Equity and Resilience
These materials will play a pivotal role in communicating SAN’s mission to stakeholders and inspiring action toward sustainable agriculture.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking individuals or teams with:
Proven Experience in graphic design and video production, particularly in the sustainable development sector (NGOs, multilateral organizations, or social enterprises).
Creative Vision to translate complex concepts into clear and impactful visuals.
Technical Skills in design and video editing tools.
Strong Communication skills and fluency in English.
Familiarity with sustainability or agriculture is a plus!

Estimated Budget: $8,000 USD (inclusive of all design, production, and revisions)
Project Timeline: February–March 2025
