The Sustainable Agriculture Network (SAN) is thrilled to welcome the Circular Bioeconomy Alliance (CBA) as the newest member of our global impact network! Together, we are uniting expertise, innovation, and community-driven approaches to accelerate the transformation of agriculture and land-use systems toward sustainability and equity.

Thrilled to welcome the Circular Bioeconomy Alliance to SAN's global impact network! Together, we’ll drive sustainable and equitable transformation.

About the Circular Bioeconomy Alliance (CBA)

Founded in 2020 by His Majesty King Charles III, the CBA is a global partnership of over 50 members, including scientific organizations, corporations, banks, NGOs, and indigenous peoples. Its mission is to advance a circular bioeconomy by placing nature at the center of the economy, ensuring a climate-neutral and inclusive future that thrives in harmony with the planet.

The CBA actively connects investors, companies, and local communities to create circular bioeconomy value chains and restore biodiversity worldwide. Its network of Living Labs spans across continents, from Colombia and Ecuador to Kenya, Mozambique, and Indonesia, driving transformational impact through landscape restoration and regenerative practices.

A Shared Vision for Transformation

The partnership between SAN and CBA reflects a shared commitment to building systems that empower communities, restore ecosystems, and address global challenges through sustainable solutions. By combining SAN’s expertise in sustainable agriculture with CBA’s pioneering work in the circular bioeconomy, we can catalyze greater impact.

Together, we will:

  • Advance knowledge-sharing through research, capacity building, and inclusive programs.

  • Develop partnerships that integrate science, traditional knowledge, and innovative practices.

  • Inspire action and drive the adoption of sustainable practices across diverse landscapes.

Moving Forward Together

This collaboration marks an exciting new chapter for SAN, as we continue to expand our global network with organizations dedicated to equitable and sustainable futures. We look forward to working closely with the CBA to bring the circular bioeconomy from niche to norm, while empowering local communities and restoring biodiversity.

Let’s celebrate this incredible partnership and the transformative potential it holds!
