Giovanni Ugalde

Giovanni is a CPA with more than 33 years of professional experience including multinational companies, one with head office in Spain.  He has comprehensive knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), taxes (local and international), cost accounting, internal controls, audits (internal and external) and budget construction and analysis.  He has extensive experience with financial software, such as SAP, which is key for SAN's process of digital transformation.
